My first time blogging here. Been a homebrewer on and off (more off) for about 15 years. Been at it regularly for a couple years now.
Favorite beer is a sweet stout I make. It placed in stout catagories in a few contests. Also had a raspberry ale place it its catagory last year.
I'll be taking the leap to all grain brewing this spring once the weather permits. I'll be tweaking the stout recipe (currenty on tweak number 6) and entering it in contests. Making it all grain will be a first for me so I'm anxious to get my first all grain stout batch in the fermenter. Have to wait till march or april though.
I have a Brown Ale and a Dunkelweizen fermenting away. Making a raspberry ale in a week or two then probably an amber ale then the sweet stout again.
Never a dull moment making homebrew.
